Youth Contribution (ages 6 to 17)

The $50.00 per youth (ages 6 to 17) contribution covers meals and refreshments, venue and production costs, entertainment, and professional photography across four events (see full details below). For each youth attendee (ages 6 to 17), please select their shirt size and add it to the cart individually.

Description

The 2026 Lloyd Family Retreat is more than just a gathering — it’s about reuniting to honor our family history and envision our collective future. To make this possible, we are requesting a contribution of $50.00 per youth (ages 6 to 17). This payment is vital to funding our shared experiences, specifically:

(1) Food & Drink: All meals and refreshments provided during the Meet & Greet (9/4), Family Legacy Workshop (9/5), Evening Gala (9/5), and Sunday Cookout (9/6).

(2) Production & Entertainment: Venue rentals, AV/equipment, decor, DJ and MC, and professional photography to capture our family memories.

Payment Instructions: At checkout, you will have the choice to pay in full with your debit or card.
