The $55.00 per youth (ages 6 to 17) contribution covers meals and refreshments, venue and production costs, entertainment, and professional photography across three activities (see full details below). For each youth attendee (ages 6 to 17), please select their shirt size and add it to the cart individually. If you also need to register an adult (age 18 and older) or a younger child (age 5 or under) and select their shirt size, click “Back to registration options” at the top of the page to add them to your cart.

Description

The 2026 Lloyd Extended Family Retreat is more than just a gathering — it’s about reuniting to honor our family history and envision our collective future. To make this possible, we are requesting a contribution of $55.00 per youth (ages 6 to 17). This payment is vital to funding our shared experiences, specifically:

(1) Food & Drink: All meals and refreshments provided during the Meet & Greet (9/4), Evening Gala (9/5), and Sunday Cookout (9/6).

(2) Production & Entertainment: Venue rentals, AV/equipment, decor, DJ, and professional photography to capture our family memories.

Payment Instructions: At checkout, you will have the choice to pay in full with your debit or card.
