Event Overview
The Lloyd Extended Family Retreat will take place from September 4-7, 2026 in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Across generations and geographies, this reunion brings us together for fellowship, meaningful conversation, and shared experiences that strengthen our bond. This is a time to come back together — to celebrate who we are, where we come from, and where we’re headed as a family. Whether you’re reconnecting with familiar faces or meeting relatives for the first time, this is a gathering you don’t want to miss!
Pricing & Registration Options
To help support the cost of hosting this special weekend, we will be requesting the following contributions:
Adults (18 and over): $160.00 per adult
Youth (ages 6 to 17): $55.00 per youth
Youth (5 and under): Free
These contributions will help cover meals and refreshments, venue and production, entertainment, and professional photography across three main events.

Location, Accommodation & Transportation
The primary event for the Family Retreat will take place at our private rental of Il Campione DC. We recommend staying in the West End neighborhood, where most weekend activities will take place, so you’ll be right in the middle of all the action. Room block information is available below.
Weekend Schedule
Friday, September 4 | 7:00 – 9:00 PM: Meet & Greet

Dress code: Casual
Kick off the weekend with a relaxed welcome mixer — grab a bite, catch up with family you haven’t seen in a while, and meet new additions to the family as the weekend’s festivities begin.
Saturday, September 5 | 7:00 – 11:00 PM: Family Gala
Il Campione DC, 2233 M St NW, Washington, DC 20037
Dress code: Semi-formal, black, red & gold attire
The signature event of the reunion — an evening of dinner, dancing, and celebration honoring our family’s history and the bonds that bring us together.
Sunday, September 6 | 2:30 – 7:30 PM: Sunday Funday Cookout
Carderock Recreation Area Pavilion, Potomac, MD (15-minute drive from Il Campione)
Dress code: Casual outerwear
Wind down the weekend with a laid-back outdoor cookout in a beautiful park setting — good food, games, and one last chance to connect before everyone heads home.
